Office Maintenance:

  • Stock kitchen and office supplies, load/unload dishwasher, manage restocking (e.g., paper towels, snacks).
  • Tidy and clean the office; assist in receiving/sending mail.
  • Reception duties
  • Conference room setup (keep rooms stocked, accept invites, and manage calendars for events).
  • Assist with physical tasks such as breaking down boxes, moving items between two floors, and walking around the office.
    Administrative Duties:
  • Tracking office supplies, placing orders, and maintaining logs.
  • Answer and transfer phone calls; handle FedEx labels, couriers, and vendor communications.
  • Event planning tasks: order food for events, set up, and manage snack requirements.
    Other Duties:
  • Support packing and moving offices (e.g., packing boxes and cabinets).
    Preferred Software/Skills:

  • Concur: Expense reports and general administrative tools.
    Work Environment:
  • Hours: 7:30AM - 4:30PM (some flexibility).
  • Physical Requirements: Must be capable of moving (light) furniture, climbing stairs, and completing physical tasks.
