Job Description Workshop/APD is an award-winning, multidisciplinary architecture and design firm. We are currently seeking a talented and self-motivated Junior Designer to join our team at Workshop/APD. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of work experience in architectural and interior design projects, demonstrating their creative process in high-end residential and hospitality work. Proficiency in advanced digital modeling and rendering and professional expertise in Revit are essential. Duties & Responsibilities • Assist the project team in understanding requirements and contribute to developing innovative design concepts., • Create visually compelling client presentations to effectively communicate design ideas., • Source products, materials, and finishes that align with project goals., • Develop accurate 3D models and renderings of architectural projects and design concepts., • Prepare detailed working drawings, designs, plans, and models for project execution., • Proficiency in Concept Design, Design Development, and Construction Documentation., • Strong conceptual, graphic, and design skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics., • Proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD and/or Revit, Enscape, Rhino, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in SketchUp is considered advantageous though not mandatory., • Strong internship experience or 1 - 3 years of work experience in the Architecture or Interior Design industry, particularly in high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality design.
