Locations: Washington, D.C. | New York, NY | Seattle, WA | Silicon Valley, Santa Monica, or San Francisco, CA Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a Litigation Practice Support Lawyer to join their dynamic and collaborative team. This role will support each of the firm’s four litigation subgroups—Patent Litigation, IP & Complex Litigation, Securities Litigation, and Employment Litigation—by developing resources, managing knowledge systems, creating model documents, leveraging technology, and preparing training materials. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced litigation attorney to shift into a strategic, non-partnership track role that directly impacts the effectiveness and efficiency of high-performing practice groups. Candidate Profile * JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record. * Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to sit for/waive into the next bar exam. * 4+ years of substantive litigation experience in a law firm setting; experience in one or more of the firm’s litigation subgroups is a plus. * Strong legal drafting, analytical, and communication skills. * Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Experience with project management, legal technology implementation, or attorney training preferred. * Highly organized, efficient, timely, detail-oriented and proactive. Key Responsibilities • Model Documents and Forms Create, maintain, and promote readily accessible model documents, forms, precedents, drafting guidance, and other practice resources. * Develop client- and jurisdiction-specific court filing templates. * Identify forms suitable for automation and collaborate with the Knowledge and Innovation team to implement automated solutions. • Knowledge Management and Innovation Develop and maintain repositories for critical practice information, including model briefs, judge profiles, and expert witness databases. * Assist attorneys in locating relevant internal and external resources and technologies. * Collaborate with the Knowledge and Innovation team to implement AI tools, pilot programs, and other technologies that enhance client and internal workflows. • Training Partner with the Attorney Training team and Litigation Practice Management to design and deliver substantive and practical skills training for attorneys and paralegals. * Prepare presentation materials, coach junior attorneys on presentation delivery and content, and ensure training materials are archived and easily accessible. • Content Development, • Serve as a subject-matter expert by monitoring legal trends, market developments, and best practices., • Create substantive materials for marketing and business development, such as articles, client alerts, case studies, surveys, and blog posts., • Keep the practice group informed of key legal developments and update resources accordingly. Compensation & Benefits The firm offers a competitive base salary ranging from $186,000 to $279,000, commensurate with experience, education attained, certifications, and location, along with opportunities to earn discretionary performance-based bonuses.
