Full Time Apartment Maintenance Position. We are seeking a dependable, motivated individual for full-time maintenance position. Schedule Monday-Friday 9 am to 5 pm, OT required for Snow Removal. Must be 18 years or older, have valid drivers License General property maintenance and repairs, basic electrical work (fixtures, switches, outlets, light fixtures) Turnover: Preparing vacant apartments for new residents (minor repairs, hardware replacement, spackle, caulk, cleaning) Inspect building, common areas, keep clean, spot and repair issues. Complete daily resident service requests for general plumbing, basic electric, light carpentry and appliance repair or replacement. Must be able to carry 50 pounds. Paid vacation, Holiday, Sick Time. Offer 401K and medical.
