Job Description Retail Styling Assistant (Part Time) - Garden City, Long Island Our Retail Styling Assistants provide an exceptional experience for every Brilliant Earth customer. These team members assist our customers in finding their best jewelry match from our luxury product line. By meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment, this team creates personalized experiences while sharing the happiest moments of our customers' lives. The ideal candidate will be able to work a part-time schedule that includes weekend days. This role is in-person in of our Garden City, Long Island Showroom. The targeted budget for this position is $22/hour. This compensation budget range may be adjusted at any time at the discretion of the company. Responsibilities May Include: Sales & Customer Service: • Utilize sales strategies and forward-thinking problem-solving techniques to assist and guide customers through multiple purchasing decisions, such as ring settings selections and diamond options., • Proactively greet, check-in, and assist customers in the purchasing process, creating a memorable, one-on-one customer experience that reflects our luxury brand and product quality., • Guide customers to purchase, creating memorable and personalized experiences for each customer., • Manage a high volume of incoming sales leads to attain individual and team goals and revenue targets., • Proactively respond to online customer inquiries and provide sales assistance through live chats, and phone calls while focusing on a luxury customer experience, reflective of our high-quality product., • Develop and demonstrate product knowledge as it pertains to our diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewelry., • Conduct post-sale appointments to assist and educate customers returning for pick-ups, exchanges, re-sizing, and other inquiries., • Call customers to confirm showroom appointments and answer any pre-appointment questions., • Review customer feedback surveys and online reviews, working with your leaders to continuously improve the customer experience and your sales performance., • Use our ERP system to manage your tasks and communicate cross-functionally., • Maintain luxury showroom appearance, cleanliness, and organization, including executing new product merchandising guidelines., • Serve as the liaison for all facilities maintenance projects for the location, including troubleshooting and performing minor repairs as needed., • Send and receive product from our distribution center, customers, and external vendors while reconciling inventory within our computer system and maintaining organization., • Skillfully enforce policies within the waiting room to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all guests, and ensure product security., • A passion for the customer. Job Description JOB DEFINITION: The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner is to provide Psychiatric Assessments and medication management to children and adults experiencing a behavioral health crisis within a 24 hour per day, 7 day per week to Crisis Stabilization Center. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: • Masters' degree in advanced nursing practice in psychiatry from an accredited program., • New York State license and registration as a Nurse Practitioner in Psychiatry., • Current DEA registration., • Certification required in Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) (i.e., suboxone). EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Substantial clinical experience with the diagnosis and treatment of the entire spectrum of mental disorders, in outpatient and/or inpatient settings. Experience will include management of seriously and persistently ill clients as well as those with psychiatric and co-occurring substance abuse disorders. Familiarity with current DSM criteria. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provides psychiatric and substance abuse care and medication to appropriate clients applying standards of care consistent with good medical judgment and current practice in the psychiatric community. This can include the administration of intramuscular medication when appropriate., • Provides psychiatric and substance abuse examination for the purpose of diagnostic evaluation, determination of treatment needs and prognostic factors. This includes using all reasonable methods to detect the presence of danger to self or others and collaboration with the treatment team to implement appropriate precautions., • Monitors the pharmacological effects of prescribed psychotropic medications and notifies the team of their reported effectiveness., • Is available for consultation with staff regarding relevant issues in the client medical background and collaborates with appropriate professionals in the community to integrate agency treatment with overall medical care., • Contributes to the timely production of all necessary reports to other agencies concerning clients who they have examined and/or treated., • Prescribe for appropriate laboratory testing indicated in collaboration with the treating physician and/or conducts any other relevant studies or tests. Implements any follow-up needed., • Efficiently uses time management skills to maximize availability for direct client contact., • Collaborates with other members of the treatment team in providing, • integrated care. This may include appropriate outreach when indicated., • Establishes and maintains appropriate and timely clinical case records, including, but not limited to, treatment plans, progress notes and treatment plan reviews, documenting appropriate therapeutic intervention with each client to the Agency, funding, licensing and billing authorities., • Works as part of the ICSC team; attends and participates in team meetings to provide input/feedback around psychosocial conditions/comorbidities to review client status, update plans and goals, review outcomes to further program goals., • Assist the program to provide crisis intervention and follow-up on an as-needed basis 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
