Responsibilities include ventilator management, oxygen therapy, airway management, arterial blood gas sampling/interpretation, pulmonary hygiene, and medication administration. Must be flexible to float between campuses and cover every third weekend. Requirements & Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of experience required; NICU/pediatric experience preferred, • Previous charge experience required, • NJ state license required at submission, • Certifications: BLS, ACLS, RRT required (CRT also accepted), • Charting: Cerner required Patient ratios: 1:20–25 Key Skills & Competencies: • Work in adult critical care, NICU, ED, and pediatrics, • Ventilator management (IMV/SIMV, BiPAP, CPAP, oscillators, troubleshooting alarms, weaning), • Oxygen therapy (bag and mask, ET tube, HFNC, trach collar, oxygen tanks), • Neonatal/pediatric support (bubble CPAP, high-risk delivery assistance, neonatal transports, umbilical/capillary blood gases), • Airway management (intubation assist, extubation, suctioning, tracheostomy care), • Medication administration (Albuterol, Atrovent, Pulmicort, Xopenex, Inhaled Flolan, Mucomyst, Racemic Epinephrine, Perforomist), • Patient care for ARDS, aspiration, pneumonia, COVID, cystic fibrosis, BPD, RDS, RSV, near drowning, • Pulmonary hygiene, chest physiotherapy, sputum collection HonorVet Technologies: Pioneering Purpose, Empowering Heroes Founded in 2015, HonorVet Technologies stands as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), proudly certified by NaVOBA and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
