Job Description WCD is looking for a motivated and experienced System Support Supervisor to join our team in a fast-paced distribution and warehouse environment. This role is responsible for supporting and maintaining warehouse IT systems, network infrastructure, and operational technology while helping lead projects and provide advanced technical support across the facility. If you enjoy solving complex technical issues, working hands-on with systems and equipment, and supporting warehouse operations through technology, we’d love to hear from you. Responsibilities: • Install, configure, and maintain Windows workstations, handheld devices, and servers, • Provide support for Autonomous Guided Vehicles (AGVs), • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, switches, routers, and wireless devices, • Set up and maintain user accounts in an enterprise environment, • Support RF devices, wireless technology, and various printer systems, • Maintain desk phones and mobile devices, • Perform software installations, upgrades, and system maintenance, • Troubleshoot network, system, and application issues to minimize operational downtime, • Create SOPs, training materials, run books, and IT documentation, • Communicate technical issues and solutions with operations and leadership teams, • Maintain system confidentiality and document technical resolutions, • Assist with business continuity planning, system failover preparation, and disaster recovery processes, • Support warehouse operations with minimal disruption during critical system events, • Travel may occasionally be required Qualifications: • 4+ years of IT experience in a professional environment, • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Exchange, • Experience with network technologies including switches, routers, and access points, • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly, • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, • Strong organizational and customer service skills, • Knowledge of Linux is a plus, • Warehouse IT or distribution center experience preferred, • Experience supporting logistics technology and AGV systems is a plus, • Knowledge of SQL, VM server setup, and system failover processes preferred Work Environment: • Fast-paced distribution center environment with varying temperatures and heights, • Ability to safely work around forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, clamps, and lifts, • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, • Extended periods of sitting and computer work may be requiredCompany DescriptionEpic Personnel Partners, LLC is a privately held woman-owned staffing firm.
