The Fiscal Department in Our Administrative Office Seeks a Fiscal Accountant That Will: • Work with an experienced team of finance professionals in a work environment that promotes work/life balance., • Be detail-oriented and experienced in accounting while supporting key financial operations within our organization., • Perform general ledger journal entries., • Oversee and streamline accounts payable operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions and purchase orders. Provide strategic input to improve workflow and efficiency., • Work with the finance team in preparing and reviewing monthly fiscal reports and assisting in program monitoring to ensure financial accuracy and compliance., • Assist in the monthly financial reporting process for assigned programs including account reconciliations and variance analysis., • Maintain internal controls and accounting systems to support accuracy., • Associate's degree in accounting and 5 years or more experience working in a high paced environment., • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and prior experience working as an Accountant in a high paced environment., • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (specifically Excel), • Experience with Accounting software programs and ADP a plus, • Competitive Salary Offered-$50,000-$62,500- depending on experience and education., • Monday-Friday onsite schedule- 35 hours per week, • Casual Dress Code, • Healthcare, Dental, and Vision Insurance (Flexible Spending/Dependent Care Accounts) *, • Cash payment of three thousand dollars for waiving health insurance (FT)*, • Telemedicine, • Employee Assistance Program, • Optional 403(b) Retirement Plan*, • 12 paid holidays, • PTO and Sick Leave, • When eligible, Employer Sponsored Pension Plan starting at 5% of salary contribution*
