Benefits include: • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance, • 401(k) with matching, • Life Insurance, • Flexible schedule, • Paid Time Off (PTO), • Performance-Based Annual Bonus, • Training career development opportunities, • The opportunity to develop with a thriving practice, making a difference in mental health care., • A values-driven environment where your leadership directly impacts client care., • Oversee TheraCorp’s Client Care Coordinators across all offices—lead weekly team meetings, train, and hold staff accountable, including travel to our multiple locations when needed to provide coverage and ensure smooth operations., • Manage provider schedules, coordinate the waitlist, and make sure telehealth sessions run on time and clients are prepared., • Oversee intakes, screenings, and handle client concerns., • Ensure records requests, discharges, and transfers are processed promptly, in line with policy and legal standards., • Manage day-to-day practice needs, orders, supplies, cleanliness, maintenance, vendors, celebrations, etc., • Support the culture of TheraCorp by modeling and reinforcing our Core Values: Say Yes, Be Wrong, Be an Independent Thinker, Inspire HopeQualifications:, • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Psychology, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered)., • Minimum 2+ years of supervisory or team lead experience; healthcare or behavioral health setting strongly preferred., • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, train, and hold staff accountable., • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment., • Strong communication skills., • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software platforms; experience with EHR systems a plus., • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, solve problems independently, and follow through on commitments., • Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and locations., • Commitment to TheraCorp’s Core Values: Say Yes, Be an Independent Thinker, and Inspire Hope., • Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between office locations when needed.About Company TheraCorp’s mission is to transform the lives of individuals and families in our community by providing the most advanced and results-oriented behavioral health and other treatment because everyone deserves “a life worth living”, free from distress and instability.
