DIVISION LEADER ROLE & KEY TASKS As a Division Leader, you report to the Camp Director and Assistant Directors and serve as a key on-site leader for both campers and staff. You oversee a division of 3–4 camper groups (approximately 10–15 campers per group) and directly support 6–8 counselors.
