RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assists all customers in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner., • Informs customers of companion part requirements and specials, and ensures that the customer is exposed to the full product line., • Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information., • Provides high level of service to customers., • Notifies parts manager of out-of-stock parts that need immediate attention., • Follows up on back-ordered parts., • Receives payment from retail customers or obtains credit authorization., • Ensures that all charge sales are signed by the customer., • Ensures that all customers receive their copy of the invoice., • Participates in all training programs that are made available., • Keeps current on new products and product updates., • Computer knowledge, • Be motivated, proactive, focused and well organized, • Minimum 3 years experience with Auto or Truck Parts EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: • High School Graduate, • Parts Department Experience PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. • Able to work overtime when necessary, • Flexible Hours, • Ability to stand all day if necessary, • Ability to lift 60 lbs., • Use of a hand truck if necessary, • Climbing up ladders and stairs, • Warehouse environment Gabrielli Truck Sales is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
