GUEST EXPERIENCE TEAM MEMBER As a Guest Experience Team Member (GETM) you support the Impact Kitchen community by taking orders, serving, preparing a variety of beverages, and setting the hospitality standard high. QUALIFICATIONS • Show up for your team, be consistent, punctual and present., • Provide best-in-class hospitality to the community, know regulars, and build relationships., • Be an Impact Kitchen subject matter expert, sell the menu, own and adhere to process., • Take, prepare and provide orders to guests and delivery partners to standards with consistent accuracy. Be able to adapt to recipe and SOP changes., • Perform various tasks during each shift and support teammates as required. ABILITIES • Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate effectively, respectfully and work well with others in a team based setting., • Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask., • Ability to learn quickly both with and without direct coaching., • Ability to execute and thrive in a quick paced hospitality environment., • Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods of time., • Ability to lift heavy items up to 50lbs., • Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends as business requires, • Preferred but not required: Food Handlers Certification, Barista experience.
