Job Description Position Overview: The Treatment Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the clinical treatment planning for all youth within the cottage(s) to which they are assigned. The Treatment Coordinator chairs monthly treatment planning meeting(s) utilizing the Integrated Treatment Model (ITM) for each youth placed in residential care. Treatment planning meetings include the multidisciplinary team, which consists of clinical and direct care staff, focus on ensuring all youth needs are met and that treatment is progressing towards discharge.
