Job DescriptionDescription: Summary This position is responsible for (1) leading all interior construction and renovation projects, (2) ensuring successful delivery of commercial build-outs, remodels, store openings, and closings, (3) achieving department profitability and client satisfaction goals, and (4) developing and mentoring the project management team. This position requires deep expertise in interior construction and facilities improvement projects, occasional travel, and flexibility for after-business- hours coordination. Job Responsibilities Reasonable accommodation may be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Interior Construction division, ensuring all projects align with company objectives and client expectations., • Lead planning and execution of tenant build-outs, refresh programs, remodels, and brand conversions for national commercial clients., • Direct project teams in scheduling, permitting, budgeting, procurement, and closeout documentation., • Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project success and quality standards., • Develop and manage annual budgets, cost tracking, and gross profit margin targets., • Monitor project performance metrics (schedule adherence, profitability, and quality)., • Support bid development and proposal processes in partnership with the VP of Construction and Sales teams., • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and building codes throughout all projects., • Promote professional growth, mentoring, and accountability across project management staff., • Coordinate with the Exterior Construction Director for cross-functional alignment on blended projects. Work is performed in both office and field environments with frequent communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Minimum of 10 years of commercial construction experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity overseeing interior build- outs or remodels. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic skills in a work management system, proficiency in MS Office skills, and the willingness to expand their knowledge. Supervisory Requirements This position does have supervisory responsibility for Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and support staff within their division.

Background: The Maintenance Mechanic proactively maintains production equipment and facilities for maximum availability. Responds to unscheduled downtime calls as required and makes required repairs to provide maximum availability. Works on trials and special projects, including capital projects as requested. Assists/mentors operators to increase effectiveness and uptime. Always works safely in a team environment. Responsibilities: • Uses hand tools, power tools and precision measuring and testing instruments to repair and maintain, in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer's specifications, machinery and mechanical equipment, such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines and equipment. • Maintains machines proactively to support plant / department goals for productivity, waste, quality, and safety., • Assures guarding, facilities and equipment are in good working order., • Sets up and operates machine and performs necessary duties to meet manufacturing and quality targets at a minimum after repairs are completed., • Detects, records and reports defective equipment to the Maintenance Manager/Shift Supervisor., • Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean, sanitary and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations., • Performs prescribed preventative maintenance on machines as required per instruction., • May provide support by running production machines as necessary to ensure continuous operation and meet production schedules., • The above responsibilities are intended to describe the general content of and requirements for the performance of this position. Qualifications & Requirements: • High School Diploma or equivalent, accreditation from a technical/vocational training or an applicable skilled trades program or 4 to 6 years of relevant working experience., • Must be willing to accept and receive frequent supervision and assistance with regard to machine maintenance work functions., • Experience with automated production equipment preferred, • Experience in a Consumer Products environment preferred, • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities., • Ability to work under stress., • Sound understanding of using all electrical testing and repair equipment., • Excellent knowledge regarding machines, spare parts, operations and maintenance., • Adheres to all established SOPs, LOTO procedures, and company safety and compliance, • policies to maintain a safe and efficient workplace., • Ability to work as part of a team and follow directions. Physical Demands: • Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach with hands and arms., • Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds., • Frequent use of hands and power tools to repair, adjust, or maintain equipment., • May be required to climb ladders, work at heights, or access confined spaces., • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and steel-toed footwear. Work Environment: • Primarily works in a manufacturing or production setting with exposure to moving mechanical parts, noise, heat, and varying temperatures., • May occasionally work in outdoor areas or non-climate-controlled environments., • Follows all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment., • Work schedule may include overtime, weekends, or off-shift hours as needed to support production operations.
