What You'll Do & Learn: • Master the Art of Pool Care: You'll become proficient in using specialized tools like vacuums, nets, and brushes to ensure crystal-clear waters. This includes vacuuming debris, skimming surfaces, and meticulously brushing pool walls and tiles to eliminate dirt and algae., • Become a Water Chemistry Expert: Accurately test pool water for pH levels, chlorine concentrations, and other vital chemicals. You'll gain hands-on experience adding the necessary compounds like chlorine, algaecide, calcium, and pH adjusters to maintain perfect water chemistry., • Support & Grow: Work side-by-side with experienced technicians, proactively anticipating their needs and preparing materials for tasks. You'll learn essential installation, service, and repair techniques, setting you on a path to becoming a Service Technician yourself!, • Ensure Impeccable Service: Maintain an organized and stocked service vehicle, meticulously complete work orders, record all activities (including before/after photos and chemical readings), and ensure job sites are kept clean and safe., • A passion for hands-on, outdoor work and a desire to learn a valuable trade., • Basic mechanical aptitude for repairs and installations is a plus., • Any experience with plumbing, electrical work, or landscaping is a bonus!, • Comfortable interacting with clients in a professional and friendly manner., • Excellent organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and a strong focus on accuracy., • Ability to lift moderate to heavy objects (up to 50 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 75 lbs)., • A true team player who follows directions and completes tasks efficiently., • High school diploma or GED certificate., • Valid and clean driver's license with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience., • Secure Your Future: Retirement savings plan with employer match., • Work-Life Balance: Enjoy paid time off and holidays.
