Job Description The Food Architects Retail Pizzeria and Cafe is a new fast casual dining experience bringing together the best of our most loved wildly popular items, as well as a new pizza concept. Serving our loyal fan-base as well as introducing our amazing food to new customers is our biggest goal! We are showing a new side of what we do..... after 18 plus years of being an established caterer. Our work environment includes: Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profits., • Create and manage budgets., • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations., • Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations., • Develop marketing plans to increase customer base and revenue., • Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and customers., • Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. We are seeking a General Manager Restaurant to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience. Responsibilities: • Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities, • Oversee guest services and resolve issues, • Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation, • Train and manage kitchen personnel, • Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs, • Previous experience in food service or other related fields, • Strong leadership qualities, • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, • Excellent written and communication skills, • Strong attention to detail

Job DescriptionBenefits: • Company parties, • Employee discounts, • Free uniforms Duties include but are not limited to -Helping chefs and co-workers with daily prep, for catering, breakfast/lunch station/ salads, deli meat prep, assisting co-workers when needed with catering, cleaning and sanitizing workstations and dining room, must take part in managing daily kitchen routines with other co-workers.
