Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. This position seeks a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with certifications suitable for both clinical and school settings to support K-12 students throughout the academic year. The role is based in Elizabeth, NJ, and offers a contract duration aligned with the school calendar, providing a dynamic environment to impact student communication development directly. Key Qualifications: • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP - CCC), • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist certification for school settings, • Experience working with a diverse K-12 student population, • Strong assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring skills, • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, therapists, and families, • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and re-evaluations of students speech and language abilities, • Develop, implement, and document individualized treatment plans based on student needs, • Provide direct therapy services to students to improve various communication disorders, • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support academic and social success, • Maintain accurate records and comply with school and state regulations, • Structured contract aligned with the school year, • Opportunity to work in a supportive K-12 educational setting Compensation for this position ranges from $47.13 to $67.13.
