Job Description Drivers can expect steady miles, structured home time every two weeks, and weekly earnings averaging $1,400–$1,600. This is a full-time W2 position with benefits starting day one, built for drivers who want consistency without unnecessary complexity. We run consistent regional lanes east of I-35 with reliable freight and predictable scheduling. Both experienced drivers and entry-level CDL holders are considered. Pay and Miles • Full-time W2 position, • $0.56 – $0.65 CPM based on verified experience, • Average weekly earnings $1,400 – $1,600, • Annual range $71,000 – $85,000, • Weekly miles typically 2,200 – 2,500, • Weekly safety and performance incentives, • Weekly direct deposit, • Paid orientation including travel and hotel Home Time • Home every two weeks on a consistent, planned rotation Freight and Equipment • Dry van freight with mostly no-touch loads, • Approximately 70% drop and hook, • Regional, OTR, and dedicated fleet options available, • Late-model Freightliner and Kenworth tractors (2022–2025) equipped with APUs Benefits • Medical, dental, and vision coverage, • Company-paid life and AD&D insurance, • 401(k) with company match after eligibility, • Paid time off and paid holidays, • Rider and pet program available Driver Training • Valid Class A CDL required or minimum 120 hours from an accredited program, • 3–5 weeks of one-on-one training with a mentor, • $650 weekly guaranteed during training, • Focus on safety procedures, ELD usage, inspections, and company protocols, • Supervised driving and evaluations prior to solo assignment Responsibilities • Operate a Class A tractor-trailer in compliance with DOT regulations, • Transport dry van freight on scheduled routes, • Maintain accurate logs including ELD and DVIR reports, • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, • Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers Requirements • Minimum age 21 with valid Class A CDL, • 6 months experience preferred but not required for trainees, • Clean driving record with safety focus, • No major or DOT preventable accidents, • No preventable accident within the last 5 years, • Maximum of 2 preventable incidents, • No safety-related termination from previous employer, • No failed or refused DOT drug or alcohol tests, • No commercial DUI within the last 5 years, • Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening EOE
