This position involves providing personalized assistance, advocacy, and guidance to empower clients to achieve their goals and enhance their overall well-being. Responsibilities: • Engage with individuals receiving mental health services to build rapport and establish a trusting relationship., • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement personalized recovery plans., • Provide emotional support, encouragement, and crisis intervention as needed., • Facilitate individual and group sessions focused on skill-building, coping strategies, and goal setting., • Advocate for clients' needs and rights within the organization and in the community., • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic care., • Assist clients in accessing and navigating community resources and support services., • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions, progress, and setbacks., • Monitor and assess client progress in achieving recovery goals and adjust plans accordingly., • Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field., • Minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health or related roles., • Knowledge of recovery-oriented principles and trauma-informed care., • Certification as a Certified Recovery Peer Advocate (CRPA) is a plus., • Familiarity with community resources and support services., • Ability to work flexible hours based on client needs., • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
