Job summary: In home sales position at a busy fast growing family owned and operated HVAC company. We are seeking an experienced HVAC Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in HVAC sales, with a strong background in both the technical aspects of HVAC systems and client relationship management. This role involves a blend of office tasks and fieldwork, including sales calls, job pricing, and maintaining client relationships. You will be working in conjunction with the owner and sales manager. We pride ourselves on educating customers with their options and to remain truthful about every situation. Responsibilities: • Receiving warm lead requests, vetting lead information, calling leads, and scheduling your own estimates., • Performing sales calls and guiding a customer in the process of purchasing a new HVAC system. Closing sales., • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention., • Conduct site visits to assess HVAC needs, provide accurate pricing, and prepare detailed proposals., • Perform outside sales calls to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth., • Negotiate contracts, close sales deals, and manage the entire sales process., • Handle administrative tasks, including paperwork, contract management, and follow-up correspondence., • Conduct in-home consultations to assess HVAC needs, educate homeowners on system options, and recommend customized solutions, • Build strong customer relationships through clear communication, trust-based selling, and expert guidance on products, pricing, and installation steps, • Manage the customer experience from initial visit through project completion, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring complete satisfaction, including post-install follow-ups, • Collaborate closely with office staff and installation teams to deliver accurate proposals, seamless handoffs, and efficient project execution, • Minimum of 3-years of sales experience in the trades (HVAC experience is required), • Project management, • Learn Service Titan software., • Work in both an indoor and outdoor setting, • Physically able to access attics and crawl spaces, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Proficiency with computer skills, • Must have a valid driver’s license, possess and maintain a satisfactory driving record Experience: HVAC: 2 years (Required) Outside sales: 2 years (Required) Company DescriptionBeing one of the fastest growing HVAC companies in NJ, Sam's Air Control is proud to be delivering exceptional heating and air conditioning solutions to property owners across Central Jersey and neighboring areas.
