What You Bring • At least 5 years of progressive hotel sales management experience, ideally within a branded property., • A natural ability to lead with integrity, motivate teams, and drive results., • Strong background in revenue management, budgeting, and strategic planning., • A creative, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for hospitality and relationship-building., • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills., • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred., • Experience with IHG systems or Delphi is a plus.
