Job Description Position Summary The Multi-Site Supervisor provides leadership, oversight, quality assurance, and operational management for multiple K-5 & K-8 school-based afterschool programs. This position supervises Program Directors and site leadership staff to ensure programs meet organizational goals, contractual obligations, compliance standards, and quality benchmarks. The Multi-Site Supervisor serves as a liaison between Neighborhood Initiatives Development Corp. (NIDC), school leadership teams, funders, and community stakeholders. This role supports the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of high-quality youth development programming, including academic enrichment, social-emotional learning, leadership development, arts, sports, and family engagement initiatives. The MSS will work closely with the Director and Assistant Director of Youth and Family Services in a tightly integrated and highly collaborative environment to achieve the above goals. Key Responsibilities Program Oversight & Compliance • Supervise and support Program Directors/Site Supervisors across multiple school-based programs., • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and requirements, including DOH, DOE, DYCD, OCFS, ExpandED, and organizational policies., • Monitor enrollment, attendance, staffing ratios, budgets, and program deliverables., • Conduct regular site visits and program assessments to ensure quality implementation and continuous improvement., • Review incidents and corrective action plans and communicate findings to senior leadership., • Support planning and implementation of afterschool, holiday, and summer programming. Leadership & Staff Development • Recruit, onboard, supervise, evaluate, and coach Program Directors and supervisory staff., • Provide ongoing professional development, leadership coaching, and performance management., • Facilitate regular supervisory meetings and support staff retention and succession planning., • Foster strong school partnerships and collaborative relationships across sites. Quality Assurance & Program Development • Establish, monitor, and maintain quality standards across all assigned programs., • Support program design, implementation, and evaluation to ensure positive youth outcomes., • Analyze program data and feedback to drive continuous improvement., • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and program expansion initiatives. Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement • Serve as the primary liaison with school administrators, funders, and community partners., • Support contract management, reporting requirements, and relationship-building efforts., • Represent the organization at meetings, events, and site visits as needed. Qualifications Education • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree in education, Social Work, Public Administration, Youth Development, or a related field preferred. Candidates must have a minimum of 18 credits in Early Childhood Education that may be applied toward SACC licensing requirements or currently hold a SACC credential. Experience & Skills • Minimum 3–5 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in youth development, afterschool, education, or human services programs., • Experience supervising multiple sites, programs, or teams preferred., • Strong knowledge of DYCD, DOE, OCFS, DOH, and other regulatory requirements governing school-age childcare programs., • Demonstrated ability to lead staff, manage operations, analyze data, and build strong partnerships., • Experience in teen programming in addition to K-8 preferred., • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills., • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data management systems. Work Environment • This position requires regular travel between assigned program sites and occasional evening or weekend hours to support program operations, meetings, and special events.
