Accounts Payable • Process vendor invoices accurately and timely., • Match purchase orders, receiving documentation, and vendor invoices., • Prepare accounts payable batches for approval and payment., • Reconcile vendor statements and investigate invoice discrepancies., • Maintain vendor records, including W-9s and payment information., • Communicate with vendors regarding invoices, payment status, and account inquiries., • Ensure invoices are accurately coded to the general ledger., • Assist with month-end accounts payable accruals.
