JOB SUMMARY As an Assistant Store Manager, you are responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the daily operation of the store, ensuring the highest performance possible in all areas within the operation. Jointly you will be responsible for adhering to market-specific legal requirements, company policies, cleaning, and compliance structures. You are expected to have a full overview of the store and lead your team members when your Store Manager is not present ensuring efficient workflows, great guest experiences, and high-quality products. Your overall success in this position depends on the degree to which all operational conceptual in-store requirements are followed in order to deliver best-in-class guest experiences turning regular customers into beloved returning guests. Clearly and accurately communicate details from the appointment to the Residential Coordinator, Medical Compliance Officer, and/or designee., • Follow and demonstrate understanding of medication policy and procedures in the monitoring and administration of the client’s medications. Completes Medication Error Report when needed., • Ensures home, grounds, yard and van are maintained in clean, safe, and sanitary condition., • Ensures meals are prepared and planned based on clients’ individual diet, client input, and the planned menu for the month., • Ensures that the Recreation Calendar is carried out as per client input and as per the planned calendar completed each month., • Responsible for competing all required documentation to include but not limited to, daily logs, communication logs, and behavior reports., • Ensures line of sight for the individual(s) being supported is maintained and completes reports accordingly., • Responsible for adequately and completely cleaning the home during any shift worked., • Ensures that a client’s dignity is not compromised in any way., • Responsible for reporting all emergencies or unusual incidents to direct supervisor., • Cooperates with the licensee and Department staff in any inspection, inquiry or investigation.     CDL CLASS A DRIVER – INTERSTATE Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and experienced CDL Class A Driver who is willing and able to travel interstate. The driver will safely operate commercial vehicles, transport loads between states, and ensure timely and secure deliveries. Responsibilities: • Operate tractor-trailer and other Class A commercial vehicles safely., • Transport and deliver freight across state lines., • Inspect vehicle before and after trips and report any issues., • Follow DOT regulations, company policies, and all safety procedures., • Maintain accurate logs, delivery records, and required documentation., • Secure cargo properly and ensure timely deliveries., • Communicate professionally with dispatchers, customers, and receiving locations. Qualifications: • Valid CDL Class A license., • At least 21 years old for interstate commercial driving., • Clean and acceptable driving record., • Current DOT medical certification as applicable for non-excepted interstate operations., • Previous commercial driving experience preferred., • Ability and willingness to travel interstate and spend extended periods on the road., • Strong knowledge of DOT safety regulations and hours-of-service requirements., • Reliable, responsible, and safety-oriented. Preferred: • 1–2+ years of Class A driving experience., • Experience with long-haul or interstate routes., • Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELDs)., • Additional endorsements such as HazMat, Tanker, or Doubles/Triples are a plus. Schedule: Full-time | Interstate / Long-Haul Note: Federal requiremts distinguish interstate commerce from intrastate operations, and Class A CDL holders operating in interstate commerce must meet applicable federal qualification requirements.
