Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating various aspects of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within scope. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders on construction sites. Duties Coordinate project activities and resources, ensuring that all tasks are completed according to project timelines. Assist in the preparation and management of contracts, ensuring compliance with all specifications. Utilize software for project tracking and reporting. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to facilitate project execution. Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other team members to ensure alignment on project goals. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, reports, and correspondence. Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the project to ensure smooth operations. Experience Approximately 4-7 years of experience in mechanical contracting including HVAC, plumbing and piping. Experience with Scheduling, Submittals, RFI's, Close out Documentation, Quality Control Inspections, Buyouts Strong computer skills with proficient knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) applications. Bachelor's degree is a plus Proven experience in project coordination within the construction industry is preferred. Familiarity with Bluebeam, or similar project management software is highly desirable. Strong understanding of contract management and construction processes. Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively. Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse teams.
