Job Description JOB SUMMARY:The Senior On-Site Services Specialist is responsible for supporting mailroom and office operations at the client site. This role includes handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining supply rooms, assisting with conference room setups, and providing administrative and customer service support. The position requires a detail-oriented individual who can work in a fast-paced environment while managing physical and operational tasks efficiently. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Manage mailroom operations including receiving, sorting, and delivering incoming packages (FedEx, UPS, Amazon, etc.), • Process outgoing shipments and maintain shipping/receiving records, • Deliver packages to designated locations including SMART lockers, • Perform light printing, copying, and laminating tasks, • Maintain cleanliness and organization of conference rooms, scrum rooms, and supply areas, • Assist with conference room setup and support internal teams (FAST team), • Provide backup reception support when required, • Operate high-volume duplicating and document imaging equipment, • Handle binding, finishing, and quality checks of printed materials, • Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as needed, • Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and escalate when necessary, • Maintain logs, reports, and billing records for completed tasks, • Ensure timely completion of tasks while meeting service level expectations, • Support additional office services such as filing, mail distribution, and housekeeping REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:, • High school diploma or GED, • 1–2 years of related experience or equivalent, • Strong customer service and communication skills (verbal and written), • Good PC skills including Microsoft Outlook and Teams, • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, • Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment, • Ability to operate office equipment and technical machines, • Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50–55 lbs (occasionally more with assistance) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:, • 5+ years of experience in mailroom, shipping/receiving, or office services, • Experience with conference room setup and customer-facing roles, • Basic knowledge of printing and document management systems, • Familiarity with high-volume copy and imaging equipment Education: High School Company DescriptionCompunnel Inc., established in 1994; is a leading provider of Staffing, IT/Software, e-Learning/Training, Business Intelligence, and Cloud Solutions.
