Responsibilities Supervise and care for a class of two-year-old children Implement our centers structured curriculum and daily activities (no lesson planning required) Create a welcoming, safe classroom where children feel loved, supported, and confident Promote social-emotional development, early language skills, and hands-on learning Maintain a clean, organized learning environment following safety and hygiene protocols Communicate daily with parents regarding progress, behaviors, and milestones Follow center policies, licensing requirements, and classroom management expectations Qualifications • Previous experience as a daycare teacher or childcare provider, • Strong understanding of child development, • Patient, kind, and nurturing, • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills, • Ability to lift 2030 lbs and support active play and movement, • Must meet NJ childcare licensing requirements for employment, • CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain within 60 days)
