    One Sixty Fundraising are looking for outgoing, confident and passionate activists to join our sociable, high energy fundraising team in NYC! Hours: Full Time - Monday to Friday 9:45am-6pm Pay: $20/hr (guaranteed base pay after paid training), increasing to $24/hr plus uncapped bonuses (paid weekly!) One Sixty International are the leading fundraising agency in the UK, USA and Malaysia. We work with incredible non-profits such as the ASPCA, The Nature Conservancy, and Children International to generate vital funds so they can keep doing the amazing work that they do! The Position: You will work with your team on different busy streets in the city where you will engage in incredible conversations with members of the public, inspiring them to become a supporter of the non-profit you are representing through an ongoing donation. Each and every conversation you have will have a positive impact, making the world a better place! We're looking for energetic, confident communicators who aren't afraid to strike up a conversation to represent one of our incredible charity partners. Benefits: • Guaranteed hourly rate of pay plus bonuses - this is NOT a commission-only position! The Opportunity As an HVAC Service Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll help homeowners understand their options and make confident decisions about their comfort systems through honest recommendations and expert guidance. Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems Maintain clear communication with dispatch, management, parts, and installation teams Deliver exceptional customer service on every call Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and fully stocked Maintain accurate service records and complete all required paperwork Participate in the on-call rotation schedule Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude Attend ongoing training and development programs Follow company safety standards and best practices Qualifications Valid and active driver's license HVAC service and repair experience (10+ years needed) Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Valid driver's license with a clean driving record EPA certification or willingness to obtain required certifications (we'll help you get there) Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction Ready for the Next Step?
