Job Description POSITION SUMMARY: RVE is seeking a water / wastewater inspector with experience in the field of water and sewer construction. The ideal candidate should be familiar with gravity sanitary main, sanitary force main, pump station and wastewater treatment plant components and operation. The individual should also be versed in water main installation, water supply distribution systems and the components and operation of water treatment plants. The individual may also inspect storm sewer systems and roadway construction. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in this field. They will provide construction observation and project management services for municipal and county agencies. PRIMARY DUTIES: • Perform constructability and plan reviews prior to construction. Interact with the design engineer with input before the project goes out to bid., • Perform construction management services for projects that consist of water supply and sanitary distribution systems. Including work in water and wastewater plants. Ensure the job site is maintained in a safe, neat, and orderly fashion by the contractor., • Provide inspection of contractors work to ensure that the work is being performed as per plans and specifications and regulatory requirements. Communicate with the project manager daily about the progress on the project. Keep the client informed of the project’s progress., • Attending and running pre-construction & weekly progress meetings with the client and contractor and give input on issues that arise during construction. Follow through with RFIs to maintain the project runs as scheduled and communicate with Engineering Team., • Conduct on-site observations of the work in progress to assist Engineer in determining if the Work is proceeding in accordance with the Contract Documents, both alone and/or as part of a team., • Keep a diary or logbook of all observations and daily activities for ongoing work and provide Engineer with daily reports to include all labor trades and equipment supplied by Contractor., • Review applications for payment with Contractor and confer with Engineer on recommendations for progress payments., • Be knowledgeable of NJDEP procedures and requirements for management of a project., • Perform field testing of materials installed and start-up and acceptance of equipment., • Prepare a final punch list at substantial completion and perform final project review for project closeout., • Construction and building inspectors examine worksites, both alone and as part of a team. Some inspectors climb ladders or crawl in tight spaces. Most work full time during regular business hours. The Installer is a skilled builder with experience in hardscaping, construction, and preferably landscaping and other trades projects. Job Description Summary: Safe Horizon’s Anti-Trafficking Program (ATP) is one of the largest providers on the East Coast and one of the only providers in New York State offering comprehensive services to survivors of all types of human trafficking, including labor trafficking. Our program applies a multi-tiered approach to eradicating human trafficking. We provide intensive case management, supportive counseling and legal services to holistically meet the needs of trafficked persons. While recognizing that client services alone will not turn the tide on human trafficking, our Anti-Trafficking Program also offers community education, technical assistance, training and advocacy to foster systemic change. The Training and Outreach Manager is responsible for developing and implementing training programs, in coordination with ATP staff, with the primary goal of assisting grantees of the Department of Justice (DOJ), Office of Victims of Crime (OVC) Enhanced Collaborative Model to Combat Human Trafficking (ECM), in particular the Brooklyn Human Trafficking Task Force (BKHTTF), to improve community prevention of, and response to, the crimes of human trafficking, both sex and labor. The Training and Outreach Manager will continue to develop our existing training modules, outreach campaign and materials, in collaboration with Kings County District Attorney Office (KCDAO)’s BKHTTF Director. Job Description About the Role As a Trailborn General Manager / Managing Director, you are the driving force behind the overall success of the property. With a focus on elevating guest service, building and supporting a strong and engaged team, and the financial and operational performance of the property. You will directly oversee all departments, including but not limited to: Rooms, food & beverage, facilities, and administrative functions. Essential Functions Guest Experience • Champion a service-first culture that ensures every guest has a meaningful and memorable experience., • Resolve complex guest issues and complaints with professionalism, urgency, and empathy., • Foster a proactive hospitality culture by staying present and visible during key operating hours., • Lead the execution of daily operations, ensuring adherence to Trailborn brand standards., • Oversee the development/management of operating budgets, labor controls, and department expenses., • Monitor and maintain quality standards in cleanliness, safety, food and beverage, and guest amenities., • Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team aligned with Trailborn’s Values., • Set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and ensure ongoing training and development., • Act as the primary liaison between the property and corporate leadership., • Participate in business reviews, revenue strategy sessions, and property performance reporting., • Drive local partnerships and community engagement opportunities aligned with the Trailborn brand. Qualifications • 5+ years of progressive hotel leadership experience, including experience as a General Manager or senior leader at a full-service or lifestyle hotel., • Prior experience working within a big brand and/or a Marriott-managed/franchised property is strongly preferred., • Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams and manage complex operations., • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L accountability., • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset., • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
