In this role, you will support our esteemed Nurse Practitioner, Kelly Heffernan, in delivering top-notch care to our patients. You will be required to work at both our Glens Falls and Loudonville locations. Key Responsibilities: • Assist with patient intake, including obtaining medical histories and vital signs., • Prepare and maintain treatment rooms for clinical procedures., • Support the Nurse Practitioner during patient consultations and treatments., • Perform administrative duties, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records., • Ensure all medical instruments are properly sterilized and ready for use., • Mondays in Loudonville from 9am - 5pm, • Tuesdays in Glens Falls from 11am - 7pm, • Wednesdays morning in Glens Falls from 9am - 12pm and afternoons in Loudonville from 1pm - 5pm, • Thursdays in Loudonville from 1pm - 7pm, • Comprehensive training, • Medical, dental, and vision insurance options, • Paid time off, • 8 paid holidays annually, • 401k, • Employee perksRequirements:, • Certification: Medical Assistant certification in the state of New York is preferred., • Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant, preferably in a med spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery office., • Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
