What you Will do: • Install boilers, central air systems, mini-split units, and furnaces., • Replace/Install any heating, air conditioning, or refrigeration equipment or complete systems., • Test electrical circuits and components for continuity, using electrical test equipment., • Install, connect, and adjust thermostats, humidistats, and timers., • Comply with all applicable standards, policies, and procedures, including safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized job site., • Inspect and test systems after installation to ensure proper operation and efficiency., • Responsible for delivery and removal of equipment needed to complete the installation., • Ensures company property, vehicles, and tools are being effectively used and maintained., • Completes all paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough, and timely manner., • Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding system operation and maintenance., • Represents the company professionally, honestly, and ethically in all business matters and concerns. REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS: • Minimum of 3 years prior experience as a Residential HVAC Installer., • High School Diploma or equivalent., • Valid Driver's license with clean driving records, • EPA Certification., • NATE certification is a plus., • Knowledge of mechanical and electrical codes., • Basic understanding of low-voltage control wiring and high-voltage connections., • Teamwork oriented., • Ability to work in crawl spaces and attics., • Ability to explain technical information to customers.
