The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for the sales growth of their assigned DSD IO territories. The ideal candidate will establish, maintain, and develop business, social and civic relationships with customers and Independent Operators in the assigned territory to maximum profitability. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with independent operators, store managers, and key customer decision makers., • Ensure sales budgets are achieved, while delivering high quality customer service to various customer accounts., • Identify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business., • Establish a plan in case you need to organize, re-route, or run a route, if needed. Ensure route paperwork is organized., • Prepare tailored selling plan with in-depth knowledge of specific retail customer and full product portfolio to influence growth opportunities., • Review weekly Out-of-Stock (OOS) report to adequately address deficiencies., • Communicate weekly (or daily) with Division Sales Manager on sales activities, progress on goals, and status of prospective customers., • Ensure weekly customer visits to secure incremental space/displays., • Ensure IOs in assigned areas are executing proper product rotation in order to minimize credits., • Ensure IO warehouses and equipment are in compliance with Olé IO expectations., • Make sure all company procedures are followed., • 1+ years’ experience in DSD/Retail or field-based sales role., • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean MVR record., • Must be able to carry 20 to 40 pounds., • Must be available to run a route in the event of an planned or unplanned disruption., • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required., • Knowledge of basic computer functions, (downloading documents, email, internet, Microsoft Word, etc.), • Effective communication and problem-solving skills., • Ability to work independently and display a professional demeanor representing clients., • Ability to communicate timely with Management through phone or email., • Experience using personal access to functional tools such as Smart phone or Smart pad and computer., • Bilingual candidates (Spanish) preferred but not a requirement., • Self-motivated Sales team member, • Strong leadership skills, • Communication Proficiency, • Organization Skills, • Decision making and problem-solving skills, • Time management skills (organize, prioritize, set goals, communicate and plan-out) Job Type: Full-time Benefits: • 401(k), • 401(k) matching, • Dental insurance, • Health insurance, • Life insurance, • Paid time off, • Vision insurance

Job Description Position Title: Case Manager Department: New Jersey Program & Services Reports To (Title): Coordinator of Bridges Program Cost Center: Dept. 598 Position Type: Associate (4 - 9 yrs experience) Supervising Staff: General Purpose: Provide case management services to youth enrolled in Bridges to Employment program. Connect youth with service according to their Individual Service Strategy (ISS) plan, in order to support informed and individualized connections to education, training, WIOA programs, DVRS supported employment, military, pre-apprenticeship and apprenticeship, and unsubsidized competitive employment. Complete required documentation for all services as outlined by the grant. Essential Functions: • Work with Team for Outreach efforts to enroll youth eligible applicants., • Review new eligible applicants; send start letter/email within 5 business days of receiving new applicant to schedule intake., • Follow up on new applicants that do not come to their first & second appointment, collect paperwork, employable ID, and ISS Plan– not more than 15 days after receiving applicant information., • Explain and review all GW policies, procedures and handbook to new referrals, provide tours (if applicable) and overview of services., • Complete required documentation (including Intakes, ISS Plans, Progress Notes, and other required documentation) within specified timeframes., • Connect & schedule each youth for intake/registration with local county One-Stop Career Center, • Obtain documentation from One-Stop Career WIOA Youth determining eligibility., • Register each youth with local county DVRS office for Vocational Rehabilitation Services., • Administer assessment to obtain interest/needs of youth and CASAS Goals (as needed) to assist in determining realistic and attainable vocational goals. In addition to determining level of academic functioning., • Score and compile all vocational test material and complete evaluation/observation summary reports., • Connect youth (as needed) to supportive services, benefits counseling and legal services. Follow up and document outcomes as needed., • Complete case notations on a daily basis related to consumers’ behaviors, attitudes and/or characteristics observed during services., • Completes all progress notes per the progress note and paperwork compliance procedure., • Ensure all youth participate in career guidance, planning and counseling (Career Scope), • Ensure all youth participate in employability and workplace reading training with Vocational Specialist, • Ensure all youth participate in Financial Literacy Education (Your Money Your Goals) with Vocational Specialist., • Enter all youth information into Foothold Awards system., • Assist youth with job exploration and career development as needed., • Upload all assessment data in the respective File for each youth in Foothold Awards System, • Maintain good relationships and communication with local school districts, DVRS and One-Stop offices., • Organize and prioritize daily, weekly and monthly schedule. Maintain all appointments on the Outlook calendar., • Serve as an agency representative at community and social service meetings., • If fluent in another language, may be asked to translate on behalf of team as needed., • Exercise good judgment and discretion in all communication and when making decisions that impact individuals, the group of individuals, and/or in crisis situations., • Develop and maintain positive & productive relationships with coworkers, supervisors, and other colleagues, individuals, parents & caretakers, support teams, and partners., • Become familiar with CARF regulations.
