Our ideal candidate is someone who: • Is passionate about working with children on the autism spectrum and individuals with special needs., • Demonstrates patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of children and their families., • Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients, parents, and the interdisciplinary team., • Is detail-oriented and able to accurately follow treatment plans, collect data, and maintain comprehensive documentation., • Can adapt to the individual needs of each client and implement appropriate strategies to support their progress., • Has strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and effectively manage a caseload., • Is open to learning and receiving feedback, with a growth mindset and a willingness to enhance professional skills., • Has availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules. Requirements • Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, • Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals on the autism spectrum is preferred, but not required.
