What You’ll Be Doing This role blends technical skill, field service, installation, and customer support. You will: * Install and configure wide format printers, DTG/DTF systems, and related equipment * Perform on-site and in-house diagnostics and repairs * Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues * Guide customers through technical solutions over phone and email * Train customers during installation so they feel confident operating their equipment * Work closely with our support and sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience * Visit customer locations for installs and service You’ll spend time both in our Hauppauge office and in the field.
