Your Impact Pearce is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to join our team for servicing and repairing commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on Cell Tower sites. This is a fast-paced and rewarding job that is best suited for individuals who are responsible, self-directed, highly motivated, willing to travel, and looking to learn and grow in the Telecom industry. Job Description About the Role: We are seeking experienced Project Managers to manage the full lifecycle of commercial solar EPC projects from preconstruction through final closeout. Compliance & Closeout · Ensure compliance with contract terms, OSHA, NEC, local codes, and internal safety procedures. · Maintain field documentation including daily logs, inspection records, and quality control reports. · Manage final inspections, punch list completion, and as-built documentation. · Coordinate handoff packages and ensure timely project closeout and turnover.
