The group is composed of a high-performance computing team, a clinical data warehouse team and a data services team. The Lead HPC Architect, Cybersecurity, High Performance Computational and Data Ecosystem, is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the cybersecurity infrastructure and technical operations of Scientific Computing’s computational and data science ecosystem. This ecosystem includes a 25,000+ core and 40+ petabyte usable high-performance computing (HPC) systems, clinical research databases, and a software development infrastructure for local and national projects. The HPC system is the fastest in the world at any academic biomedical center (Top 500 list). To meet Sinai’s scientific and clinical goals, the Lead brings a strategic, tactical and customer-focused vision to evolve the ecosystem to be continually more resilient, secure, scalable and productive for basic and translational biomedical research. What You’ll Do • Manage the end-to-end approvals process across concept, line art, color approvals, application notes, and pre-production sample submissions, • Coordinate all submissions through digital licensor approval systems (including metadata entry, file uploads, naming conventions, and status management), • Maintain and organize character art libraries, style guides, content restrictions, rights lists, and asset usage rules, • Prepare submission bundles including thumbnails, callouts, annotations, and application details, • Track all deadlines, feedback rounds, and revision cycles across multiple franchises and internal teams, • Ensure all artwork complies with brand, character, tone, safety, and content guidelines prior to submission, • Serve as the communication bridge between design, production, sales, and the licensor’s creative approval teams, • Build and maintain trackers, templates, workflow documentation, and process improvements as we scale, • Maintain meticulous version control, file structure, and audit-ready history for each SKU Who You Are • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, • Calm, structured, and proactive in a fast-moving environment, • Excellent communicator—capable of summarizing requirements clearly and diplomatically, • Comfortable coordinating a large volume of creative submissions with multiple revision rounds, • Familiar with digital licensor approval platforms (e.g., multi-stage review portals common in global entertainment licensing), • Experienced working with character-driven IP, style guide interpretation, placement restrictions, and compliance, • Knowledge of consumer products or apparel workflows is a plus, • Proficient in Google Workspace; Adobe Acrobat and basic Adobe Creative Suite familiarity is helpful, • Experience coordinating approvals for a major global entertainment licensor is strongly preferred.
