Job Opening: Full-Time Bilingual Office Clerk / Insurance CSR We are currently seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Clerk / Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Chinatown office. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for clients, greeting them warmly and answering basic inquiries. Assist clients in both English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese). Perform routine clerical and administrative tasks, including data entry, and organizing documents. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence via phone and email (Microsoft Outlook). Carefully follow instructions and standard operating procedures to ensure client information is processed accurately. Draft and format basic documents using Microsoft Word. Support the licensed insurance brokers with daily operational tasks as needed. Qualifications & Requirements Language Skills: Fluent in reading and writing English, and fluent in speaking Chinese. (Fluency in both Mandarin and Cantonese is highly preferred). Experience: Prior office experience; no prior insurance experience is necessary. Attention to Detail: Must be highly detail-oriented and capable of following precise instructions. Technical Skills: Proficiency with regular office applications, specifically Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook, is preferred.
