Key Responsibilities: • Vendor & Inventory Management: Manage the primary ticketing vendor relationship and oversee digital manifest/inventory strategy., • Group Sales Strategy: Architect and execute outreach campaigns for large-scale group bookings (youth leagues, schools, corporate outings)., • Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage game-day box office volunteers., • Game-Day Operations: Direct the box office and will-call customer service strategy on game days to ensure efficient stadium entry., • Ticket Sales Execution: Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive single-game, season ticket, and VIP package sales., • Reporting: Track sales inventory and provide regular reports on revenue and attendance trends to team leadership.
