About Us Adobo Mexican Grill is a neighborhood fast-casual spot built on scratch-made Mexican food and a team that has each other’s backs. No microwaves. No can openers. Just real cooking and real people. The Role You’re the face of Adobo. You work the line — greeting guests, building their bowls, burritos, and tacos exactly how they want them, and sending them out the door happy. Between rushes, you keep the front clean, stocked, and ready.
