The position is responsible for maintaining customer, supplier, product, pricing and other master data within SAGE ERP; administering Master Agreements; maintaining documentation controls; responding to customer documentation requests; developing recurring reports; auditing data quality; and working across Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, Accounting and Operations. Key Responsibilities Data Management • Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets and information management systems., • Monitor data quality and integrity, identifying and resolving inconsistencies or errors., • Perform data audits, validation and reconciliation activities., • Develop and maintain data standards, naming conventions, and organizational structures., • Generate routine reports and dashboards to support operational and management decision-making., • Coordinate data collection from multiple departments and ensure consistency across systems., • Support data migration, cleansing, and archival projects.
