Field Sales Rep — Commission Only (50% Per Deal + Monthly Residuals) Queens, NY (post separately for Brooklyn and Bronx) · Contract · 1099 · Choose your own hours, 10/week minimum Pay: Commission only. Estimated $1,000–$4,000+/month based on performance We sell what agencies charge $3,000 a month for — at $600 a month. That's the whole pitch. You just have to walk in the door. LiftBrand.AI is a Queens-based AI marketing agency serving local businesses across NYC — restaurants, contractors, med spas, plumbers, dentists. Local SEO, Google and Meta ads, reputation management, social media, AI receptionists, automations. All of it, one flat monthly price. We've signed 100+ businesses without spending a dollar on advertising. You get 50% of the first month on every deal. Our main package is $600/mo — $300 per client, straight to you. We also offer $350/mo, which pays $175. Then 5% of what that client pays us every month after, for as long as they stay. Most reps in this city get $20–$100 for a meeting and never hear about that account again. Here, the work you do in March is still paying you in December. Book it or close it — your call. Get in front of the owner and set the appointment; our closers take it from there. But if you're confident and the owner is ready, close it on the spot. Same 50%, same 5%, paid faster. We train both. Commission only. No base, no draw. If you need a guaranteed paycheck, this isn't it. THE MATH PackageSigning bonusMonthly residual Growth — $600/mo (main) $300 $30/mo Foundation — $350/mo $175 $17.50/mo Five $600 clients in a month = $1,500 up front plus $150/month that keeps arriving whether you knock or not. Paid by the 15th of the following month on money actually collected. Signing bonus split across the client's first two payments. Cancellations inside 90 days are clawed back. Illustrations only, not a guarantee of income. WHAT YOU DO • Knock doors in your assigned NYC corridors and get in front of owners, • Book the appointment — or close it yourself, • Qualify every lead: real decision-maker, open business, working phone and email, confirmed time, • Log activity in the CRM daily, attend the Monday call, • Follow all permit laws, "No Soliciting" signs, and Do Not Knock lists Pricing and packages are set by the company. You sell what's on the sheet. WHAT YOU NEED 18+, authorized to work in the US, 10 hours a week minimum in the field, comfortable walking in cold and asking for the owner, able to walk corridors for hours, smartphone and daily CRM use, transportation or MTA access, and comfortable with 1099 status. Preferred: door-to-door or B2B outside sales experience, ability to close, bilingual (Spanish, Urdu, Punjabi, Bengali, Mandarin, Korean, Russian, Arabic). We provide: pitch and closing training, branded materials, CRM, an assigned territory, a closing team to back you up, and direct access to the founder. APPLY Tell us which borough you'd work, hours per week, and whether you want to close your own deals. We move fast on people who can start this week. LiftBrand.AI is an equal opportunity company.
