Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Front Office Manager who will be responsible for administering front office functions and supervising staff on a daily basis. This will include but not be limited to Front office, Guest Services, and Front Desk. Position works with General Manager and employees to carry out procedures ensuring an efficient check in and check out process. Ensures guest and employee satisfaction and maximizes the financial performance of the Hotel. Core work activities: A strong level of computer skills is required, including flexibility with the schedule (able to work day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays) and consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service. Responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the front desk, guest services, and the profitability made from room revenue. Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of the General Manager. Provides direction and leadership to associates at the front desk. Provides courteous guest service by responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests, complaints, and by accurately processing guest messages. Process all incoming and outgoing reservation and cancellation requests in a timely manner by mail, telephone, and in person.
