Job Description Assistant General Manager/Special Events Coordinator. The following outlines the compensation structure: • Salary range of $75,000 to $80,000 per year., • Vacation of two (separate) paid weeks every year after six months of service., • Five paid sick days each year., • 50 percent of a Single Health Insurance valued at approximately between $4,500 to $7,000 per year after 90 days of service., • Profit Sharing Plan participation after 90 days of service., • The position also includes a commission for booking events which is 2% of the total booked.
