WHAT YOU'LL DO • Production design for Westchester Country Club Magazine, • Design flyers, posters, and any event marketing materials, • Assist Committees with marketing material, • Assist Management with design projects and marketing materials, • Assist with photography of events and other activities as needed for marketing materials, • Create print and digital signage as needed and copy on large poster printer, • Design and create Westchester Country Club Handbooks, • Assist with Website design and maintenance, • Assist with Club email marketing and e-magazine, • Assist with Member Events as needed, • Miscellaneous design and printing assignments, • Marketing / Graphic Design degree preferred, • Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Graphic Designer with previous luxury hotels or private Clubs preferred, • Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a professional manner, • A valid Driver’s license, as this position may require driving to supply stores and our Beach Club location, which is 2.5 miles from our Main Club location, • Mac system proficient, • Knowledge of InDesign, • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and iPhoto, • Knowledge Microsoft Office, • Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, • Strong time management Skills, • Detail oriented, with strong organizational skills, • Enthusiastic, friendly and positive energy, • Strong customer service skills, • Strong team player, • Must be able to work a flexible schedule according to business needs, • Occasionally walking (up to three hours per day), standing (up to three hours per day), and sitting (up to eight hours per day), • Intermittent squatting, bending, twisting, and lifting (up to 25lbs.)
