Job DescriptionDescription: Mental Health Association of Nassau County (MHANC) is a not-for-profit membership organization dedicated to improving mental health in our community through advocacy, education, program development, and the delivery of direct services. Our organization is looking for a motivated individual with a calling to help adults with mental illness by becoming a Clinical Supervisor. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the oversight and supervision of clinical staff including Advisors and Peer Support staff in the PROS program. This role ensures high-quality care delivery, operational efficiency, documentation compliance, and effective management of advisors. The supervisor will support the clinical and administrative functions of the program, with an emphasis on evidence-based practice, recovery-oriented service delivery, and regulatory compliance.
