This role is ideal for a licensed clinician who is both a strong teacher and supervisor and an operationally skilled leader, capable of managing the day-to-day functioning of a multidisciplinary clinic while advancing high-quality, trauma-informed care. The Child & Family Clinic is currently funded through a generous SAMHSA grant through 2028, with New York State Office of Mental Health (NYS OMH) licensure pending, positioning the program for long-term sustainability and expansion. This is a unique opportunity to lead a clinic at a pivotal moment of growth and institutionalization. Compensation Determination: The pay range listed reflects the minimum and maximum base salary for this role, determined through an internal compensation assessment that considers similar labor markets to our practice across the United States.
