Investment Management on Long Island is seeking a Director of Marketing for a full-time position! Responsibilities: • Manage overall marketing efforts of the firm, • Build integrated marketing programs that support the distribution of our mutual funds, ETFs, and separately managed accounts (SMAs), • Build and champion the firm's brand identity, value proposition, and messaging across all channels and audiences., • Create and maintain a robust library of sales materials including pitch books, one-pagers, due diligence materials, and competitive analyses for mutual funds, ETFs, and SMAs., • Design and execute wholesaler enablement programs to improve field effectiveness and consistency of messaging., • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team including internal staff, agencies, and freelance vendors., • Manage media and public relations strategy, including industry press, trade publications, and conference opportunities., • Lead award submissions, industry recognition opportunities, and Morningstar/ratings profile management., • Translate complex investment strategies and product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives for advisor and institutional audiences. Qualifications: • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, • 5+ years in asset management, wealth management, or financial services., • Proven managerial experience, • Proven expertise marketing to financial advisors, RIAs, broker-dealers, or institutional consultants., • MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Finance, or related field; CFA or CIMA a plus., • Deep familiarity with investment product types including mutual funds, ETFs, and separately managed accounts., • Experience at a boutique or mid-sized investment manager with direct distribution through intermediary channels., • Familiarity with CRM integrations, Seismic, HubSpot, Power Bi and marketing analytics platforms., • Working knowledge of the SMA/UMA platform landscape and model delivery ecosystems (e.g., Envestnet, Orion, SEI)., • Prior experience working directly with portfolio managers on thought leadership and investment content.
