Practice Relations (Referral/Marketing) Ambassador centerfororalfacialsurgery.com Location: Westfield, NJ Hours: Full-time Monday-Friday (this role requires local travel to our referring providers) The Practice Relations Ambassador is a relationship-focused role dedicated to growing the Center for Oral & Facial Surgerys presence in Westfield, NJ. This position combines hands-on community engagement with strategic marketing initiatives. Youll spend time in the field delivering materials and meeting face-to-face with dental professionals, while also leveraging social media to strengthen our brand in Westfields close-knit community. Event planning skills are essential for organizing educational and social gatherings that build lasting referral relationships. In addition, youll work closely with the clinical and front office teams to ensure practices in the designated territory are meeting or exceeding new patient goals - keeping the needs of the patient first in everything we do. • Build and maintain strong referral relationships through in-person visits, deliveries, and consistent community engagement., • Collaborate with surgeons and the marketing team to develop and execute growth-oriented plans., • Strategically plan Lunch and Learns and drop-in visits with dentists, office managers, and other key contacts to increase patient referrals., • Expand the practices network by monitoring market trends, identifying and creating new referral opportunities, and maintaining awareness of local competition., • Create and manage social media content calendars, including capturing photos, videos, and writing posts to enhance brand visibility and community awareness., • Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and engagement on platforms such as Instagram and Facebook; monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed., • Stay current on social media trends, editing tools, and best practices to ensure content remains fresh and effective., • Plan and organize educational and social events for referring providers, including venue selection, catering, marketing, and day-of coordination., • Communicate updates on services, events, and opportunities to referring practices and ensure brand consistency across all channels., • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and provide weekly updates to management., • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, • Strong organizational and time management abilities, • Proactive and persistent in expanding networking opportunities, • Skilled at building new relationships and managing ongoing partnerships, • Creative thinker with an eye for design and storytelling, • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and driven by success, • Self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and ability to stay busy without direct supervision, • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, • Strong content creation skills, including photography, videography, copywriting, and/or editing, • Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite, CapCut), • Capable of creating and managing marketing initiatives to help meet and exceed new patient visit goals, • Bachelors degree in a related field or a minimum of five years of relevant experience required, • Marketing experience preferred; dental industry experience is a plus, • Experience managing social media accounts for a brand, business, or organization Core Benefits & Wellness • Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage, • Accident and Hospital Indemnity Insurance, • Competitive pay, Bonus potential, and annual merit reviews, • 401(k) Plan w/ Company Match, • Basic and Supplemental Life Insurance, • Paid Vacation (Starting at 2 weeks), Sick Time, and 6 Annual Paid Holidays, • Paid Parental Leave (2 weeks), • Short- and Long-Term Disability Plans Compensation details: 65000-72000 Yearly Salary PIa8c54a264e26-31181-39127154
