In New Jersey a personal license is not required, though it is a plus, and candidates confidently pursuing licensure are welcome. SCHEDULE Full-time. Weekend on-call runs on a rotation that comes around roughly once a quarter. No Sundays. COMPENSATION Base pay ranges from $25 to $50 per hour depending on experience and level. On top of base, our performance pay lets strong technicians earn a share of their truck's weekly revenue, and high performers reach $100,000 to $200,000+ in total annual compensation.
