Job Summary: Central Plaza Treatment Center is seeking compassionate and reliable Care Assistants / Support Workers to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct support to individuals undergoing treatment and recovery, helping them maintain daily routines, personal care, and emotional well-being in a safe and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist patients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene Support clients with mobility, transfers, and daily activities Provide emotional support, companionship, and encouragement Monitor patient behavior and report any changes to senior staff Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment Support rehabilitation activities and follow care plans Remind or assist clients with medication as directed Escort clients to appointments or therapy sessions when required Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (OND or higher is an advantage) Previous experience in caregiving, healthcare, or support work is a plus (but not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends if needed What We Offer: Competitive pay On-the-job training Supportive team environment Opportunity for growth within the organization
